By Students action committee Baluchistan
The Students action committee is a joint platform of traditional progressive student organizations consist on Baloch Students Organization, Pashtoon Students Federation, BSO Pajjar and Hazara Students Federation. They organized a protest in front of Quetta Press Club on 17th May 2017.
This protest is a continuation of agitation by students against fee hikes and the looting by university management. And in regards to this, there is a movement in Baluchistan University. Before the protest, a rally and demonstration were organized against the brutal murder of Mashal Khan. A hunger strike camp has also been held against the fee hikes. This demonstration against authorities of the university was held in regard that the students will not withdraw from their legitimate demands at any cost and the protests and demonstrations will continue until their demands are met.
